Royal Fisheries

I drive four miles across Hull to collect it's that good. Proper skin on Haddock, cooked perfectly in a crisp delicious batter. The chips are lovely and amazing curry sauce. I've been a customer for around a year now, everything is always perfectly cooked and very reasonably priced. In Hull, for me this is by far the best I've tried. The owner and his staff have always been helpful and polite. Highly recommend to anyone

First time using Royal Fisheries last night, always a bit dubious with chip shops as had some really awful food.... BUT we were really impressed, I had a large haddock, cooked to perfection, light crispy batter and not greasy and a lovely pot of fresh mushy peas. My lads had the large battered sausage and large chips, (there was enough to feed 4 out the chips!) According to my son the curry sauce was "banging" and they can be fussy eaters. The food was delivered earlier than the suggested time (always a bonus) and it was piping hot. Will definitely be using again.

Used for the first time yesterday. I ordered large haddock and chips and the haddock was the best tasting and texture I have had in a long time. They have a choice of small, medium or large chips which is a good idea.

Great service ! They always remember my order when I go in and it's always spot on its really good quality and the batter is on point every time. The servers are always polite and make sure your oder is exactly how you like it all without making you wait long. The prices are inexpensive and it's great value.

It's was about £3 for a Pretty standard patty chips and gravy. But for the price it's worth 5 stars if was a £5 I'd have given it a 3 star rating

Good fish and congrats for your 5 stars at food hygiene. When I shop for food I'm looking at the food hygiene rating if they don't have 5 then i wont touch it
